Summer is the annual permission slip to be lazy. To do nothing and have it count for something. To lie in the grass and count the stars. To sit on a branch and study the clouds. —Regina Brett (Inspirational Author)

One thing you may not know about the food blogging business is there is always something that needs doing. There’s the cooking, the photography, the writing, sharing on social media channels, responding to comments and always trying to make this little piece of the internet a little bit better–like the little touches I added here to “pretty it up.” Have a great week!
Kris said: Fantastic recipe-I did pimentos instead of red pepper and I left the shrimp raw prior to baking. I found it cooked perfectly. Fast favorite! Will definitely make again! Thank you!
