Chicken Tenders, Almond Flour, Eggs, Mayonnaise, Cayenne, Almonds, Lemon Juice, Cilantro, Garlic, Curry Powder, Lemon Zest, Salt & Pepper

Make Your Mayo

Combine your mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic and curry powder together and set it to the side.

Arrange 3 Bowls

Almond flour in the first, eggs in the second. and a mix of ground almonds, cilantro, lemon zest, and cayenne in the third. Add a dash of salt and pepper to each, and any leftover lemon juice to the eggs.

Lightly dust each chicken tender with the seasoned almond flour.

Place it in the egg...

Preheat to 350

Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked  through to 165 degrees in the center.
