Refreshing Asian Beef Lettuce Wraps, are a wholesome and simple meal paired with a zingy Ginger Lime Dipping Sauce that everyone will adore!

 Ingredients (part 1):

Onion, Red Bell Pepper, Ground Beef, Canola Oil, Beef Broth, Ginger, Soy Sauce, Garlic, Ketchup, Rice Vinegar, Chili Garlic Sauce, Salt & Pepper

 Ingredients (part 2):

Lime Juice, Water, Soy Sauce, Chili Garlic Sauce, Honey, Sesame Oil,  Ginger and Garlic

 Ingredients (part 3):

Butter (Bibb) Lettuce, Scallions,  Cooked Brown Rice, Shredded Carrots, Lime Wedges

Make The Dressing

Start by whisking the Ginger Lime Dipping Sauce, allowing the flavors to meld, then set it aside or refrigerate if prepping in advance, ensuring a burst of flavor with every bite.

Warm oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, sauté onions for 3-4 minutes, then toss in red bell pepper and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Toss in the ground beef (or chicken, turkey, or pork) and cook for 5-6 minutes, breaking it apart while browning. Once it's no longer pink, drain any extra grease.

Place the skillet back on the heat and mix in garlic, ginger, broth, ketchup, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and chili garlic sauce for a flavor-packed dish.

Boil the mixture, then simmer on medium-low for 8-10 minutes to thicken the sauce, and adjust seasoning as desired.

Prepare To Serve

Fill lettuce wraps with beef, hot brown rice, scallions, and shredded carrots, adding peanuts or cashews for crunch. Drizzle or dip the wraps in the tangy sauce to complete your tasty meal.
