Baby Hasselback Potato Bake with Cheddar and Bacon

Baby Hasselback Potato Bake with Cheddar and Bacon is super simple, great to take to a party because it can be made ahead of time and guaranteed to be a hit!

  Ingredients:

Baby Potatoes Olive Oil Onion Powder Garlic Powder Cheddar Cheese Bacon Scallion Tops

Prepare

Cut slits in each potato, leaving the bottom intact.  Place the potatoes in a mixing bowl and drizzle with olive oil.

Combine all seasoning, sprinkle over the potatoes and toss well.

Season

Roast

Set on a baking sheet with Hasselbacked side up. Roast at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

Place potatoes in a baking dish. Add butter, cheese, and bacon. Bake 10-12 minutes.

Bake

Sprinkle with scallion tops or chives and serve immediately with sour cream. ENJOY!
