Baby Hasselback Potato Bake with Cheddar and Bacon
is super simple, great to take to a party because it can be made ahead of time and guaranteed to be a hit!
Ingredients:
Baby Potatoes Olive Oil Onion Powder Garlic Powder Cheddar Cheese Bacon Scallion Tops

Prepare
Cut slits in each potato, leaving the bottom intact.
Place the potatoes in a mixing bowl and drizzle with olive oil.

Combine all seasoning, sprinkle over the potatoes and toss well.

Set on a baking sheet with Hasselbacked side up. Roast at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
