Cheesy Brussels Sprouts and Wild  Rice Casserole

  Ingredients:

Quarter and blanch Brussels sprouts. Immerse in an ice bath to stop the cooking process.

Cook scallions in butter then add all-purpose flour.

Add white wine, half-and-half and cheese. Cook until thickened.

Combine the cheese sauce with the Brussels sprouts and cooked wild rice in a baking dish.
