FROM A CHEF'S KITCHEN

Indulge in a burst of Mediterranean flavors with Fish en Papillote, a delicious dish of tender fish infused with juicy tomatoes, briny olives, tangy capers, and more.

  Ingredients:

Fish Fillets, Red Onion, Dry White Wine, Garlic, Lemon Slices, Cherry Tomatoes, Capers, Kalamata Olives, Red Bell Peppers, Olive Oil, Parsley, Red Pepper Flakes, Capers, Salt & Pepper

Grab two big parchment paper sheets and fold them in half. Cut out a half-circle, oval or heart shape, then unfold it flat and put it on a baking sheet.

Wash and pat dry fish fillets, then season with salt and pepper.  Place a fillet on one side of parchment paper.

Time to Build Flavor

Top the fillets with tomatoes, onion, bell pepper, garlic, olive oil, white wine, and red pepper flakes. Finish with a lemon slice and optional fresh parsley for a vibrant touch!

Place the other half of the parchment paper over the fish and seal it.

Bake at 400 degrees for 16 to 18 minutes or until parchment paper has puffed up and the fish is cooked.

Carefully transfer to a plate, and snip open the top of the packet with scissors, watching out for the warm steam

Mediterranean-inspired Fish en Papillote is healthy goodness with over-the-top flavor! Lovely, flaky and super easy clean-up!
