Grilled Tajin-Seasoned Chicken Fajitas

Juicy, tender and flavorful Grilled Tajin-Seasoned Chicken Fajitas with grilled peppers and onions are a fun, festive meal that's sure to put a smile on everyone's face!

  Ingredients:

Chicken Breasts Bell Peppers Jalapeno Peppers Tajin Clasico Seasoning Sour Cream Ground Cumin Fajita-size Tortillas

Marinate Chicken

Combine all the marinade ingredients in a bowl. Cut the chicken in half and place in the marinade. Refrigerate up to 4 hours.

Add some marinade to the vegetables and cook on the grill for about 10 minutes.

Cook Chicken

Remove chicken from marinade and grill for 3-4 minutes per side. Let it rest then slice diagonally into thin strips.

Serve with grilled vegetables in tortillas with all the desired fixings. ENJOY!
