Romance in a Dish

Marry Me Chicken is a tantalizing blend of flavors that promises a romantic dinner for two that's easy to make.

Chicken Breasts, Shallot, Garlic, Dry White Wine, Heavy Cream, Sun Dried Tomatoes, Olive Oil, Red Pepper Flakes, Chicken Broth, Dried Oregano, Fresh Basil, Parmesan Cheese, Salt & Pepper

Chicken First.

Dry and season the chicken, then get that oil hot in a pan. Sizzle the chicken golden on each side, about 4-5 minutes, then wrap it in foil to rest.

Toss in the shallot, dial down the heat to keep things chill. Let it get cozy for 2-3 minutes, adding a splash of water or broth if it starts to stick. Then, hit it with the garlic for a quick fragrant punch—just 10 seconds.  Keep it golden, not burnt!

Splash in the white wine, crank up the heat to snag all those tasty bits off the bottom.

Then, pour in the chicken broth, heavy cream, and toss in the sun-dried tomatoes, oregano, and a pinch of red pepper flakes for a little spice. Stir it up and watch the magic happen!

Let the magic brew bubble up, then turn down the heat to a cozy simmer. Give it 5 minutes to thicken up into a sauce that's just begging to cling to that chicken. It's all about that rich, velvety finish!

Whisk in the Parmesan until it melts into the sauce, making it beautifully thick. You'll know it's perfect when you can trail your spoon through and the sauce coyly holds its ground, not rushing to fill in the space. Pure magic in a pan!

Invite the fresh basil to the party for a herby flair. Fine-tune the seasoning with salt and pepper, and if the sauce whispers sweetness, a splash more wine will bring it back to savory harmony.

Nestle it back into the skillet on a gentle simmer. This cozy reunion warms the chicken to a safe, snuggly 165 degrees, ensuring every bite is perfectly cooked and ready to dazzle.

Twirl up some angel hair pasta, top it with your masterpiece Marry Me Chicken, and shower it with a bit more Parmesan for that final cheesy curtain call. It's a dish that says "forever" in every bite!
