Perfect Roasted Potato Wedges

Roasted Potato Wedges are a side dish that goes with almost anything!  Here's how to make perfectly crispy, seasoned and delicious roasted potato wedges every time!


Yukon Gold Potatoes Garlic Powder Cajun Seasoning Cayenne Pepper Onion Powder Canola Oil Seasoning

Prepare Potatoes

Clean and cut potatoes into even-sized wedges. Place in a bowl of cold tap water and let stand for 1 hour. 

Mix garlic powder, onion powder, and seasoning in a small bowl.

Mix Seasoning


Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with seasoning. Place on baking sheet, ensure each wedge has a cut side touching the parchment paper.

Roast for 20-25 minutes. Flip each potato. Roast an additional 18-20 minutes.


Sprinkle with coarse sea salt and serve with ketchup, sour cream or aioli! ENJOY!
