Pimento Cheese Deviled Eggs with Jalapeno

Deviled eggs are always the hit of the party! Pimento Cheese Deviled Eggs with Jalapeno are a fun Southern twist on traditional deviled eggs perfect any time.

Cook Eggs

Cook eggs in the Instant Pot for 5 minutes on high pressure. Place eggs in an ice bath and let cool for 5 minutes.

Peel the eggs and cut in half, remove yolks to a bowl, and mash.

Prepare Eggs

Make Filling

Add pimento cheese, mayonnaise, mustard and salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended. Stir in chopped jalapeno.

Refill eggs with the pimento cheese filling.  Garnish with jalapeno slices and paprika. ENJOY!
