Roasted Red Cabbage Steaks are drizzled with a simple balsamic vinaigrette then sprinkled with tangy goat cheese for a side dish you'll be proud to serve!
Red Cabbage Balsamic Vinegar Goat Cheese Dijon Mustard Honey Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Cut the cabbage into five or six even pieces that are approximately ¾-inch to 1-inch thick. Brush with olive oil, season and place on a prepared baking sheet.
Roast for 12 to 15 minutes, carefully flip and roast another 12 to 15 minutes.
Combine the remaining olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic and salt and black pepper to taste. Drizzle over the cabbage steaks.
Sprinkle with goat cheese and fresh parsley. Serve and enjoy!
