1.  Heat olive oil in a large saute pan or skillet and cook onions and peppers until softened.

2.  Add ground turkey and cook until no longer pink. 3.  Add white wine and bring to a boil.  Cook down until it’s almost evaporated.

4.  Add spices, chicken broth, tomatoes, raisins and sweet potatoes. 5.  Cook until the sweet potatoes are tender.

6.  Add olives, capers, red wine vinegar if needed and crushed red pepper flakes if desired.  Garnish and enjoy!
