Unstuffed Chorizo Cabbage Roll Skillet

Unstuffed Chorizo Cabbage Roll Skillet is a kicked-up Southwestern-inspired version made more flavorful with chorizo sausage and your favorite salsa!

  Ingredients:

Chorizo Sausage White Rice Green Bell Pepper Beef Broth Salsa Cabbage Petite Tomatoes

Saute

Cook onion for 4-5 minutes, stirring often. Add the green bell pepper, garlic and chorizo sausage.

Add uncooked rice, broth, petite tomatoes and salsa and bring to a boil.

Boil

Simmer

Add the cabbage by the handful. Cover and cook until the rice is tender. Add extra beef broth if you like it saucier.

Season with salt and black pepper. SERVE AND ENJOY!
